Recharge & Bill
If your recharge was not successful but your amount was deducted, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Contact support if it doesn’t reflect.
A "Pending" status means your transaction is under process. If it remains pending for more than 30 minutes, raise a ticket via support.
Recharge failures may occur due to network issues, operator downtime, or payment gateway problems. Retry or contact support if the issue persists.
Once processed successfully, a recharge cannot be reversed. Always double-check the number before confirming.
